剪板机技术与工艺:

3、剪板机上刀架安装刀片的安装面为圆弧面,确保在剪切过程中刀片间隙的均匀性,剪切断面质量好。支轴支承上刀架、油缸推动刀架摆动动作实现剪切工作,偏心机构快速同步调整刀片间隙,确保剪切精度。
4、挡料结构 挡料采用电机传动,通过齿轮带动两丝杆同步移动。
5、剪板机上刀片菱形,下刀片矩形,材质9CrSi,或6CrW2Si,硬度好、抗压抗磨。上、下刀片刀口间隙由手柄调节刻度盘指示数值,w10计数器显示后挡料数值,调整轻便迅速、正确可靠。
